Returns are accepted for:

- Unworn, unwashed apparel in original condition

- Unused candles in original packaging

- Items damaged during shipping (photo proof required)

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

- Custom or personalized items

- Digital downloads or art prints

- Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected"

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method

- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect
